What are the best aspects of this product?
What we love most about Germain APM is its replay feature for real user sessions or activities. This is a very convenient tool for tracking user activities. We didn’t experience difficulties integrating it into our operations too, especially that Germain APM has provided us with easy to follow guides.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Inserting graphs or charts on the real user session display would be terrific in terms of managing metrics and analytics. And I hope such graphs would be capable of handling few sessions too.

Germain APM is wonderful for determining the actual experiences of users while using our platform. This helps me make the right decisions for improving user experience.
