Great platform for app process management because of its phenomenal functions, capacity to handle multiple apps at once, can cover apps running on different technologies, easy to use, and it is gradually improving too. This is great for tracking different aspects of our applications, such as analyzing the average length of time a page stays open, the number of times a page is opened, and the number of clicks that a certain button receives. Moreover, Germain APM lets me easily create valuable reports for further actions. As a bonus, it has professional customer support staff who are always ready whenever necessary, and the app comes at a lower cost than other options today.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is somehow hard to set metrics using Germain APM. That’s why, most of the time, we need to refer to its comprehensive guide to properly continue working. Despite such a problem, we can still say that this is a great tool.
