I love that it replays user sessions

What are the best aspects of this product?

I’ve tried observing Germain APM on various websites. Then, I implemented its interesting feature which is the replaying of user sessions on each site. It is cool! Germain APM makes it appear that I’m taking actual on-screen video from my website.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The Germain APM panel loads slowly. I need to wait for a few minutes before the user session replay appears on my end.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Germain APM is perfect for developing an app interface and improving user experience. It works great for web developers to improve their webpages too.
