What are the best aspects of this product?

We can monitor user activities on our website through real-time mode, or choose to view actual past activities through a video presentation. We can update data on the panel instantly too. It is also amazing to note that Germain APM provides excellent support for different technologies, such as for back-end systems, IIS and mobile systems. Moreover, it has a Java script monitoring console for easily determining script errors that we haven’t addressed during the development and testing processes. The platform allows us to spot such errors with the help of actual site users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope that the timeline would become more visible while replaying user sessions. I hope for improvements with the details of each element on the panel. For example, I’m confused about the difference between “user click” and “mouse click”.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Germain APM for monitoring the activities of our website support technicians. However, we plan to use it for tracking users or customer activities too.
