Germain APM is super easy to set up in a short while. Then, you’d have a great app monitoring system on its user panel.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the real-time tracker makes the platform run slow. Its interface also has a lot of elements, so it feels quite messy for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Germain APM helps me in observing the behaviors of real users on my sites and blogs. That is with its real user activity tracking feature and user session replay. As a result, I can easily determine problems on the URL, navigation aspects and the interface of my site, which is great because it helps me address such issues in no time.
