What are the best aspects of this product?

Germain APM is a robust tool that helps us manage and automate various app processes, whether in the PX, CX or some other development points. It is capable of dealing with different programming languages and suits well for applications that are made specifically for different industries. This platform is an end-to-end solution that provides flexible configurations depending on how you want to track the processes and performance of your app and hardware elements. It runs efficiently with or without the help of a cloud-based agent, or even through your own company database. This allows you to monitor the processes and browser-based programs of various apps, such as different Java scripts, WordPress and CRM among others. Some notable features include a central dashboard that accommodates cloud login, installable in the company or via the cloud, as well as it has options for notifications. You can choose the alert option you want between the configuration console or command prompts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

New users can only sign-up through Gmail. More options such as via Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter would be great.
