What are the best aspects of this product?

The two things I like the most about this software is the fact that it is free and the fact that it is web-based. Because it is web-based, I don't have any problem working anywhere so long as there is an internet connection. I like how perfect it is for businesses that don't have a heavy reliance on image editing since it stops them from spending a lot on a professional package that they won't be using that often anyway.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Since it is web-based, it doesn't have multi-processors. That can result in some actions being slower, so if you're planning on using this you need to be aware of that. I also don't think it would hurt if they made available to this program some of the plugins that can be found in other similar programs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This program has made it easy for me to perform basic image editing. I can crop, reduce noise, add gradients, and adjust color. The tools for image enhancements, customizable branches, and other basic tools have also been a big help. Accessing advanced features makes this program even more useful, putting it right up there with Photoshop, in my opinion.
