A reliable program

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have tried a number of open-source programs out there, but what I've found is that this is the one that I can depend on the most and the one that demands the least from me and my computer. I like how this has improved the quality of my output, as well as how it has allowed me to come up with different creative and professional graphics.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the biggest negative when it comes to this program is that it is for the non-professional. Professional designers will find the features very limiting. I have to say that it performs less compared to other well-known programs like Photoshop.
