A robust program that you can get for free

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that GIMP, despite being offered as free can do basic image editing as well as advanced features like path selections, retouching, and image adjustments, just to name a few. Another thing I love about it is it's lighter than Photoshop and can run smoothly on Linux, Mac, and Windows.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their interface can be improved. I don't think it looks visually-pleasing and beginners will definitely have a hard time navigating it and finding features that are nested.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

You get most of the positives of Photoshop without having to pay a huge amount of money.
