What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that stands out to me and that I like the most is that despite being free, it performs just as well as Photoshop. I can do all the things I need to do without having to pay a huge amount.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could make the user interface more intuitive since it is a bit confusing the way it is now. Newbies downloading this free program might have a hard time and struggles where to start.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When I can't get a hold of Photoshop and I need to edit an image, this is my go-to program.
