Has plenty of features for a free program

What are the best aspects of this product?

Aside from the fact that it is free, I like how many functions I have at my disposal when it comes to photo editing. I am impressed with the tools it has for image refinement, as well as how great it is at handling layers. Another thing that I like is how easy it is to make gifs with this program. I also appreciate the scaler feature and how it makes scaling an image to monitor size an easier process. The ease of image exporting is also impressive, especially because you can export it in different file formats like PSD, JPG, and TIFF.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This program would really be improved if they supported a CMYK color profile. Because of this lack of support, it's hard to find a printer that can produce a print that matches your output. This is because almost all printing companies use a CMYK profile. Adding that to future versions of this program would be an immense help.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this free program and its impressive functions, I now have a photo editor that I can use daily to improve image quality, as well as resize and edit images.
