Impressive for a free software

What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm impressed that this free program manages to compete with other programs that cost a lot more. I appreciate the number of tutorials and resources available in their official forums because it allowed me to learn how to use this at a faster rate than I would have learning other programs. This is really great since when I first started using this I was literally just starting out with the design. I also like the user interface and I think it is intuitive and much easier to understand when compared to other photo editing programs. The program is really efficient and simple, even when I compare it to programs that cost so much more. I also have to commend the features that come with this program since they have also deepened my knowledge of photo editing and design. Overall, I think this program is really great for beginners especially since you don't need to pay for it to use it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing I do wish this program had was cloud services integration. I really want to be able to have automatic backups as well as be able to save projects quickly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using this program has both save me money and helps me identify the features I need for a graphic designer before purchasing one.
