What are the best aspects of this product?

I like a number of things about this free software. It has an intuitive interface and I think even newbies will be able to get the hang of using it effectively and efficiently in just a matter of days. I also appreciate the lightness of this program. If you're planning to install it on your computer, you don't have to worry about specifications since this doesn't require much. The tools are handy, I'm specifically fond of its color selection that has made work much easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their customer support needs a lot of improvement. If I remember correctly, we never even received a response from their customer support team when we approached them about an issue we encountered a couple of months ago. If they don't improve this part of their service, I think it will have a really negative effect and make users lose trust in them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this free software, our design output now looks professional. It has helped us immensely with the creative design and production of advertising materials. It has pushed our products and services in the market. It has improved the performance of our company as a whole and I think if we consistently maximize its features, we'll continue to see good results.
