No better alternative than this

What are the best aspects of this product?

I think that as a graphic tool, this is quite good. I like that it is a free and open-source program that can handle PSDs. I have been using it for years now even when there have been instances where I've had issues with it and some designs that I open with it end up with certain errors. Eventually, I had to stop using this at some point because my sources and clients were all using Photoshop. It was getting tedious switching to Photoshop every time they send me a PSD file.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do wish that it was more compatible with PSD files and other plugins that are associated with Photoshop. That way it won't be cumbersome having to switch from time to time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The biggest benefit of using this is you save a lot of money since you get to use an image editor with tools almost the same as Adobe Photoshop.
