What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a number of things I like about this program. First off, I found its interface to be simple and easy to follow. I am also impressed with the colorful images I've been able to create, thanks to this program's variety of tools. I use this program so often that I even have it downloaded to my computer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I know it is open-source software, but I do wish that it had more features that are also available in Photoshop. I know that I can get those features by getting add-ons, but having those already built-in would be much more convenient.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The fact that this program is free has been an advantage, I've been able to equip myself with the other paid tools I need to deliver high-quality works consistently for my clients and ensure long term projects.
