Git creates great Workflow

What are the best aspects of this product?

Git is very adoptable software, it’s definitely the best on the market today, and I can tell that most developers have create their own features and tricks to get the most out of this program. I can say that this program has saved me from some errors. The snapshot feature is one of the best because it takes snapshots of every step of the project. Using the “bisect” a code-based feature to track bugs is one of the most important things. Also, I am able to check out some previous branches so I can modify some errors.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The “checkout” option does 3 different controls based on the context of the command. This can be very difficult to learn, for e.g. I blindly follow the instructions instead of understanding the purpose of the tool. I don’t stuck with front ends, because they don’t really cover the deep flaws. The sub-modules are not as interesting as they appear to be.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Git for version control, for collaborating and interacting with the team members, and for code stability.
