What are the best aspects of this product?

My prior experience with similar software helped me learn how to navigate this easily. At the same time said experience proves how it is more advantageous to use GitLab compared with its competitors.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

GitLab uses some terminologies that differ from the ones commonly used in similar software. I think its interface can be improved to allow for easier access to some of its features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this mainly for creating pipelines and managing versions of code.
