GitLab is a great project development and CI/CD tool. It also has amazing features for graph tracing and interactive rebasing and merging.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times it is difficult to deal with GIT comments.

GitLab has a positive impact on our software development process as it allows several developers to collaborate and use commit graphs.
