What are the best aspects of this product?

GitLab provides us with comprehensive analyses of apps that help us improve them. It allows us to operate in a more seamless manner and makes interdepartmental communications easier for us. It also comes with several useful integrations and various capabilities for time-tracking and source code management, among others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is difficult to configure and it can take some time to learn how to use it in the most advantageous way. Its interface also appears to be crowded. It would be more accessible to small companies if they would lower its price.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We stick to using this platform because it only gets better with each update. It provides us with innovative solutions for managing a number of concerns including alert monitoring and error tracking.
