What are the best aspects of this product?

GitPrime helps us accurately track work hours and performance of our employees, such as determining their daily time-in and time-to-100 rate. This allows us to give bonuses and intensives to all our employees accordingly, which is essential in keeping the consistent quality of our work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We’ve stumbled on some problems with this platform. First, I am not satisfied with the support it has for Jira. Second, the time and date range automatically reset when you hop from one report to another. And lastly, we’ve noticed it often makes duplicate copies of the author profile, thus we have to do manual maintenance every now and then.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A big help for easily visualizing our progress as a team and for each employee. This is great for helping us make accurate calculations, especially that our entire team loves this tool.
