What are the best aspects of this product?

It's an excellent tool to secure your connection and data for free. You get to have access to your network usage without the need to shell out money. However, the paid version is way better because it comes with additional features that are useful to your IT department.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Most of the features are useful; that is why I love Glasswire since day one. But I won't mind if they can upgrade the product's overall look by upgrading some of its existing features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We don't have any office issues, but we still find Glasswire to be very beneficial to the entire team. It's good that we now have a tool capable of looking out for our network activities and giving us the necessary information anytime that we would like to have it.
