What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the reasons I decided to keep Glasswire is that it's beneficial to our IT team. We no longer have to guess the reason behind our system issues because all the data is presented to you can be retrieved right away. Also, it gives everyone in the company access to view the tool that tells you exactly what programs are causing your computers to work slow. Glasswire is also capable of giving us a heads up whenever they detect something unusual that we would like to access our system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am happy and thankful for having Glasswire as part of our business. It helps us stay on top of things by providing a detailed report on what's going on with our network. We've had little to no problems since we had this software installed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It keeps us on top of our toes for possible threats that can invade our entire system. It allows me to gauge whether I should give people additional Internet access or not to ensure that our system remains safe and fast. I am also thankful for the alerts that I'm getting, which makes me more aware of what's going on.
