What are the best aspects of this product?

It gives you a heads up with what's happening within the network. What's causing things to slow down, and what apps are no longer needed. Employees are aware that others can see their online activities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The program has been in the market long enough to prove its worth to the public. I can use it all day, and I never experienced any downtime at all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are fewer problems with our systems and more productive hours for our team. We now have fewer downtimes than before, and clients are happy with it.
