What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a lot of reasons why we still patronize the product over the past couple of years. We have faster servers and internet connectivity because all programs are being monitored closely. It makes sure that employees are using the allocated bandwidth for business purposes only and not for social media or gaming during work hours.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Well, not that much because I always look at the benefits I'm getting from the product. However, since I am currently using the free version, I always see offers for an upgrade are bothersome and something that I could not afford. Also, providing more learning materials would be nice, so users can easily integrate themselves into Glasswire at no cost.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It gives an instant solution to slow internet and low productivity in the office. I can now monitor what employees are doing behind the desk and if the site they access is work-related. We get to maximize our daily productivity by keeping everyone focused on their job.
