The UI is so attractive and user friendly. Learned the product by watching some videos.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, everything seems to be working the way we expect things to be. As a long time user, I've been satisfied with its performance and could not ask for more.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's one of the most competent tools when it comes to monitoring network activity within the workplace. I can see what goes on on every computer, even when I'm out of state attending business trips.
