What are the best aspects of this product?
It's hard to list any best aspects, because the service goes down and can't be accessed. When it does work, it's nice to be able to download the reports, but there's no guarantee that you're going to be able to get your data when you need it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The customer service here is abysmal. They're nearly impossible to reach. If you do manage to reach someone after hours and hours of trying, they'll randomly stop responding and you'll have to start completely over.

The features are acceptable as is, I just want to be able to access them.
