What are the best aspects of this product?
Glip helped our customer support team greatly in their daily tasks. Sending links, files, and screenshots became easier through this application. Aside from this, it has a built-in video chat that allows our team to help our clients in greater detail.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It'd be much more convenient for us if the updates were to become automatic, so we don't have to always check if an update is already available. The interface is also very basic, a little change will make the application look more up to date.

Without having to travel long distances, we can relay information to other members of our team. Communication became easier for us, resulting in a much more effective working environment.
