PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Glip gave my company an easier way to communicate within the office. We can easily reach out to in-house and site-based co-workers for faster information sharing. Emails are great for a detailed description of the projects, but we also found that quick clarifications are much more convenient using Glip. The best part is we can integrate Glip to our mobile phones.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is an effective tool that only boosted communication within our company. I don't have any complaints whatsoever.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Instant communication became possible with Glip. As was mentioned earlier, we were able to talk to in-house and site-based co-workers in an instant so relaying new projects is not that hard anymore. And it also integrates well with Ring Central, so communicating using our mobile devices became possible.
