What are the best aspects of this product?

Glip's interface is easy to understand. It didn't take me long to learn all its functions. But what I love most about Glip is its tagging function. Because of the influx of messages, I don't have time to read all of it, but because it sends email notifications whenever I am tagged in a message, I can still stay up to date with the tasks I need to accomplish.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its notification alerts need improvement. The influx of notifications can be jarring at times. It can also take a while to boot on my laptop and phone.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sharing files and quick communication became much more manageable. We were also able to accomplish tasks at a faster rate because of Glip.
