PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are two things that I like best in this tool. First off, its memory capacity is great and I mostly rely work on this tool. I also like how translation requests can be assigned to different people, and they get notified via email for their assigned tasks. It keeps everyone on top of their work and accountable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think they can improve on the suggestions that the memory gives users. While you can store so many data, it has a drawback of giving you many suggestions for a translation. Maybe future versions can arrange them from the newest translation to the oldest one perhaps...

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has helped us become more organized since translation requests are in a single place. Accountability is now better since departments can upload documents and assign due dates. That has also resulted in teammates learning how to prioritize and for managers to learn to follow up on assignments. The translation process has also become faster, especially when what we're working on is similar to something we've done in the past.
