What are the best aspects of this product?
I have been running a fitness studio for years, and I had a hard time looking for a tool to help us put things into place. I enjoy running the business because Glofox keeps everything organized for me. From client records, payment reminders/collection, sales, marketing, and so much more. It didn’t take that long to learn how the app works. Ever since we started using Glofox, our daily operations have been more efficient than before.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We are currently expanding our operations, and we have plans to provide more perks to loyal customers. I was hoping that Glofox could come up with a feature that would make it easier for us to identify those deserving clients. We hope that it can help us promote our online exercise videos, which is a potential source of income for the company.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The self-help options that Glofox offers makes things easier for my staff because most clients can fill up membership forms through the platform. It’s easy for everyone to manage the workload and tasks by using one centralized business platform. Marketing our services is now made easy using the platform because of its ability to send bulk emails to prospective clients. Also, with Glofox, we could promote our online classes to more people; all they need to do is access our website and sign up on their preferred date and time.
