What are the best aspects of this product?
I appreciate the support that I’m getting from their CS team members. They make sure to provide personalized help and will make sure that each issue gets resolved 100%. It’s seldom to find excellent service, but Glofox is consistent when it comes to this.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish that they could send bulk emails to remind clients about their payments. I find it hard to talk to them one by one because its time consuming and its also awkward at the same time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I was able to continue my business even though clients are not coming in. I have the opportunity to book online work out sessions to diversify my source of income. I was able to sell videos that clients can use while working out at home.
