What are the best aspects of this product?
Very user friendly, easy to navigate, and easy to make changes at the same time. We utilize Glofox to help our clients' schedule and book classes using zoom and the internet to continue their fitness routine at the comfort of their own home. It's easy to get in touch with customer service, which makes the product more appealing to me. A couple of weeks ago, I spoke to Thais to discuss some ongoing issues regarding the system and process. She was very patient in explaining things to me.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The system has its limitations when it comes to booking online classes. If multiple clients would like to book a particular workout class, then the system will not allow it to push through. It only has to be under one name, and email add. That person is responsible for informing or reminding the other participants of the scheduled event. There are instances where people forget it, so we have to set a reminder to give them a call one hour before the class.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Glofox gives all my clients the flexibility to schedule their personalized training sessions, depending on their availability. Also, Glofox keeps the entire gym organized, which means that I don’t have to spend a lot of time dealing with the admin side, which is very time-consuming.
