PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been running a wellness business for years already, and I never ran out of challenges to face. Even though I’ve been using several platforms, I always encounter issues and complaints coming from both my clients and employees. I tried using a mobile platform before, but sadly most of its features are not working efficiently. I decided to give other apps a try instead of spending money on something that I cannot maximize. I did some research and read some reviews about Glofox, and they were quite impressive. That is why I decided to give things a try by getting the lowest plan. I installed the platform with their support team, who patiently guided me throughout the entire installation process. They were very efficient in answering my questions, which made me like the product even more. I realized that I would not find a customer service team that is more efficient than what Glofox has to offer right now. One of the things that I admire most about Glofox is its capability to innovate by introducing additional features as often as possible, which makes the platform even more efficient and competitive in the market. I created a short survey for my clients to answer. The majority of them love Glofox because it gives them more convenience compared to the old system that I’ve been using. I love that I can organize more classes and online events using Glofox. This means that I can still bring my members close to each other even if they don’t see each other personally. I will continue exploring this product and maximize its potential to build my business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This product's reporting side needs more work. There are instances wherein the figures do not coincide with our records/manual count, confusing my staff members. It also has limited collaboration with other sales apps, which I would like to see in the future. So we can easily keep track of our sale items, issue promo codes, and even give out discount vouchers to our clients and track it using Glofox.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Everything is centralized, so no need for me to invest in other platforms because Glofox is more than enough. The staff is more productive because they spend less time dealing with paperwork and more on customer interaction, which is the primary goal.
