What are the best aspects of this product?
Managing my gym requires me to be there more than eight hours a day, and that kind of set-up is very tiring and stressful. Glofox serves as my assistant, which helps me manage things better. It allows me to multitask by booking an online class with my coaches, keeping track of membership records, collections, etc. It also comes with a reliable reporting site that gives me a better and bigger perspective of what’s going on in my business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Glofox is not as smooth sailing as I thought it would be. Glitches happen almost every month, and sometimes it affects our operations causing us to have severe backlogs. Although you can always call support for help, you need extra patience because it takes some time to talk to a rep.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There are fewer headaches in managing things at the gym. I can see what's going on in my business, using only one platform. Glofox helps me manage my time efficiently and yet giving me excellent results.
