What are the best aspects of this product?
Things are more comfortable with Glofox. No need to sit for hours to plan schedules, which I’m not good at. Also, I don’t have to remind members to settle their outstanding balances and other fees; I find it awkward. Glofox found a better way to collect payments on time. Processes are simplified, which is all for the convenience of the clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are instances where the system becomes too slow. It’s frustrating, but the good thing is that it doesn’t last that long.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Glofox helps me put everything into place. I can easily manage my gym and allow my staff to be more productive by attending to our clients' needs rather than focus on admin work.
