What are the best aspects of this product?

Mapping my ideas in this software has been a reward in itself. I can easily see links and connections in my ideas, and trim down the excess if necessary. It's not just limited to the creation of the map itself too. It also has features that allow me to send polls and quizzes. This lets us derive ideas from the consumer-end of our projects. I can probably take this anywhere too. I don't need an internet connection to be able to use this program, which is great because I'm always on the go and finding a stable network has always been a struggle for me. Overall, this is a simple but very robust tool for planning--I absolutely love it!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This platform works well enough on its own, but I do have a few suggestions that I hope would reach the developers. For one, I think that a better connection between ideas can still be established. Another suggestion is that they should allow digital media to be linked to certain sections of the mind map. This way, we can check in on these links to get a better context.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used to send out bland and boring surveys to our clientele. But now, with the help of GoConqr, we've been able to increase the aesthetic value of our surveys. This translated to better engagement of our customers, and thus, better results for our surveys. This is truly a great tool to work with. I have seen improvements in our processes ever since we started using this. We've also been able to make actionable plans and follow-through with them based on the feedback that we have gotten from our customers.
