What are the best aspects of this product?

GoConqr is a robust tool for learning. I like how we can publish different formats through it. My favorite is the set of surveys that we have launched. Not only has it given us precious insight into the minds of our consumers, but it has also prompted us to make better and more informed decisions when it comes to communicating with them. We use it to pinpoint lapses in our initiatives too. Everything has been great and smooth sailing so far.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t think that there is anything bad worth mentioning here. Everything is just where it should be. All the commands are within reach and the features are clear-cut and simple. I really like this solution for all of its benefits. 

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As I mentioned earlier, this program has helped us improve our sales and marketing strategy in our company. Thanks to the insights that we have gathered through the surveys, we’ve been able to pinpoint pain points and issues that our clients want to be addressed. We’ve managed to smoothly transition into a new way of communicating with our clientele and our business has vastly improved.
