Using GoConqur has helped us provide better quality of online learning for our staff.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am currently enrolled in the premium plan, and I can say that I love the platform and what it does for the company. I did introduce this platform a few months ago to help introduce a new learning strategy to help employees perform better at work and career advancement. GoConqr is used by our training and HR team to ensure that we are continuously learning together as a team. This app brought us closer to each other because it has taught us to share ideas, manage our time efficiently, and think of ways to achieve and surpass our current goals. I think that big/small companies should subscribe to this platform and use their free version. They can learn so many things that would inspire employees to do better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The learning curve was quite complicated as compared to the previous learning app that we had. It's pretty understandable because everything is new to us. It would be nice if they could come up with a full tutorial package on where to find and how to use each of its features to maximize the use of the platform to address all learning opportunities and process gaps. I'm thankful that their CS team took their time to support us until we became comfortable with GoConqr.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ever since we started using GoConqr, many employees, including me, were able to benefit from this tool. We want to increase our learning experience and improve our work knowledge, but conducting training sessions has always been a challenge due to schedule incompatibilities. With GoConqr, we can create modules, quizzes, and online videos to learn from home or their workstations. We can keep up with our productivity and promote better communication and camaraderie all at the same time because of this wonderful platform.
