I appreciate the outcome of my websites because it looks like it's a professional web designer who does it. It's so easy to use that even a kid can create a website on his own. There are so many templates and designs to choose from. Plus, editing your content is made easy that you can do it straight from the app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find it expensive. Hopefully, they could come up with a lower package option meant for people like me who don’t use it often.
