What are the best aspects of this product?
GoldMine is simply a robust and very feature rich CRM platform that comes with basic features such as Contact Management, Calendaring, and as an E-mail Client. For those who want to get more out of the software, it offers advanced tools like: Record Typing; Organizational Management; Automated Processes; Synchronization; and Case Management among others.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A lot of people felt that FrontRange left the Mom & Pop organizations when they stopped using, as did Microsoft, the dBase Database Engine and opted for the SQL Server Database Engine. The change naturally increased the expenses for the end user as SQL Server was now included in the GoldMine package.
