What are the best aspects of this product?
Goldmine is essential to the success of our organization. Since 1996, GoldMine has been a part of our small business. Just a single locale with less than 20 employees. It has been a huge help in every aspect of our business, sales, management, marketing, and purhasing. It gives us one place where we can put all our information and access them later.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are features that I want GoldMine to have in the future, including a Dashboard creation tool and deleting items from the Universal Search results.

GoldMine simply made us more efficient.
