What are the best aspects of this product?

I can use the platform anywhere I go and still monitor what’s happening with my business 24/7. Its ease of use and convenience is what draws me most about this product. My employees love it because it makes them more efficient at the workplace. Also, I would like to commend their CS team and thank them for their continuous support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’ve got nothing negative to say about Goldmine. I am glad that I decided to use Goldmine because my employees and I are satisfied with this CRM platform. Everything is smooth sailing on our end, plus it can easily be integrated with our pre-existing apps.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Taking charge of our overall business operations no longer gives me headaches. Everything I need to do is available in one CRM tool. I can work anywhere and still keep track of sales, inventories, answer customer queries and complaints, and create employee schedules. There are so many things that Goldmine can do, so I’m sticking with this CRM because it gets the job done.
