What are the best aspects of this product?
GoldMine is definitely user friendly and I love to use it more than Salesforce. The software is feature ruch and robust unlike other CRM systems today. We have been using it for over a decade and I can say it's a lot better than Telemagic and Maximizer, which we have used before.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The email feature has bugs that really affects its operation. It can be irritating but other than that, GoldMine is a great system to work with.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We needed a CRM to help us with our customer management and marketing. GoldMine delivers on both notes.
