I am saving a lot of money by choosing to invest in this CRM platform because of its features that help me run the business the way I want it. No need for me to invest in multiple software to take charge of sales, reporting, marketing, and even customer service. All of these features are made readily available in GoldMine. Plus, it comes with a vast storage space that can accommodate all of your sensitive records and data without worrying about security issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some minor issues that we have encountered, but we can overcome these challenges by calling customer service. Creating a unique email address for employees is required and quite tricky to complete, but we could manage it.

We were able to expand our business into different regions nationwide without having any significant issues at all. You can easily install the platform in any gadget, and each of our sales representatives has access to the platform to ensure that everything is all accounted for.
