What are the best aspects of this product?

Goldmine is a very rich application that enables us to monitor every client movements and updates in history file. We greatly benefitted from The ability to see all emails between us and the client, as we always have the correct information to guide our decisions and actions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing wrong with the product. Rather, I dislike the inability to acquire support for less than a 5-user license. Our company only has 3 staff and we need to purcahse a 5-user license so we can fully enjoy full support from GoldMine.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The software makes it easy for us to follow agreements we have with our customers as well as prospects. The email client in GoldMine simplifies information search and documenations.
