What are the best aspects of this product?
GoldMine makes creating new fields for customization easy. It is crucuial that I have the correct fields to help streamline my work processes. The learning curve isn't long and steep. I find it easy to train new sales people and it doesn't take long before they master the software and run with it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If I have to nitpick, it would be that the field name "Fax" is now braned "Mobile" on additional contacts. If you exchange an additional contact with the primary, the mobile number moves to the "Fax" field. This can be very confusing to say the least.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With GoldMine, we have seen our inbound leads increase and automated the process. When a salesperson leaves the company, I have all the information they have gathered, including contact history with clients and prospects.
