What are the best aspects of this product?

GoldMine automatically files all communications we have with our contacts. With the history so easily accessible, we don't have to sort through our company records to spot a certain email by a certain individual. This also means we can focus on true team selling. Sales management people are always aware of the progress of every transaction.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform doesn't have that time tracking functionality where we can see how long has it been since our last contact with our clients.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

GoldMine enables us to perform concise targeted marketing without spending too much as we are able to monitor activities. The software also has awesome reporting functionality that allows me to get the right data and then send them via helpful, relevant emails that have an 18% open rate.
