What are the best aspects of this product?
Goldmine is a must have for companies that are interested in a user-friendly software capable of maintaining strong client relationships, even in large organizations, or organizations that have a high turnover rate. The platform boasts of a user-friendly interface. The response time is phenonemal. I also love the ability to make both groups on the fly, as well as segmenting contact information based upon one or multiple criteria.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would have loved it if GoldMine was more of a cloud-based application with native mobile apps. While there are third party apps that I can get to make GoldMine perform extensively, they can be a pain to work with.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We now have better communications with our clients and prospects and we can also keep staff/client interaction even when they leave the company.
