What are the best aspects of this product?

I’ve been using Goldmine for quite some time already, and I can say that this is one of the most reliable CRM tools that I’ve worked with. Technically I am in charge of handling several trade accounts for the corporation, so I need to keep things well organized, safe, and secured. For me, Goldmine does the job effectively.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you are a beginner, you might have some issues with its user interface because it looks outdated. The developer behind Goldmine should look into updating the platform's look and features to make it more marketable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Goldmine works well for us because we do not have to use too many platforms to track things in the company. Keeping vital records of company finances, taxes, and trade accounts can be done through Goldmine. We are currently implementing a paperless policy, which I very much appreciate.
